摘要
军人的职业历来与风险相伴。风险社会的到来,要求军人风险观由传统风险观转向现代风险观。当代军人面临的风险是多方面的,虽然战争风险依然是主要风险,但非战争军事行动风险日益增多,职业风险和生活风险也进一步凸现。对此,必须为军人应对风险提供有效的策略。
A military career always goes hand - in - hand with risks. The coming of risk society calls for servicemen to change their traditional risk view to a modem one. The risks contemporary servicemen faced with are mul- tifaceted, though the major one is still that of war, however, the risks of non - war military operations are on the rise, with their career risk and life risk coming to the fore. Therefore, effective tactics should be provided for servicemen in dealing with such risks.
