不同茶园生态环境对茶树生育及茶叶品质的影响

Influence of Ecoenvironment in Tea Plantations on Development of Tea Trees and Quality of Tea.

茶树是一种喜荫好湿的多年生作物,它的整个生长发育过程及其高产稳产的获得,与茶园生态环境密切相关。而茶叶品质的形成和优劣则更受生态环境制约。为探讨不同茶园生态环境对茶树生育及茶叶品质的影响,特于1984—1986年在“凫绿”产地开展研究。

The experiment shows that in favourable tea plantation ecoenvironments,the height,canopyscope,leaf area,diameter of main branches,length and weight of shoot and ratio of normalshoots of tea trees are higher than in unfavourable ecoenvironment.The production of teaand output value are 23.1% and 59.4% higher respectively.The quality of tea and the con-tents of polyphenol,amino acids and water extracts in tea leaves are also superior.It'simportant for tea production to protect and establish a favourable ecoenvironment in teaplantations.
