摘要
研制了一种聚丙烯酰胺为主要成分的复合交联聚合物型调剖剂体系,考查了聚丙烯酰胺、稳定剂、温度等因素对调剖剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,配方体系可在120℃条件下成胶,可配置出黏弹性高、强度高、黏度保持率高的复合交联聚合物调剖剂。通过室内实验研究,确定该调剖剂可用于120℃以下高温油藏的调剖作业。
A compound crosslinking polymer profile control agent system with polyacrylamide as the main component was developed, and the effect of polyacrylamide, stabilizer and temperature, etc. on the performante of the profile control agent system was studied. Experiment results have shown that the formulation system can be gelled at 120 ℃, at which a compound crosslinking polymer profile control agent with high viscoelasticity, high strength and high viscosity retension was prepared. It has found through laboratory research that the profile control agent can be used for high temperature reservoir profile modification.
