稀土固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/Sb_2O_3/Y^(3+)催化合成庚酸丁酯

摘要 采用金属醇盐水解法制备了稀土固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/Sb_2O_3/Y^(3+)催化剂,并用于以正庚酸和正丁醇为原料合成庚酸丁酯的酯化反应中。考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响,得到最佳合成条件为:正庚酸与正丁醇物质的量比为1:1.8,催化剂用量为0.53 g,带水剂用量15 mL反应时间2 h。在此条件下,酯化率达97.5%。 A rare earth solid super acid S2O8^2-/Sb2O3/Y^3+ catalyst was prepared by the method of metal alkox- ide hydrolysis and was used in synthesizing butyl heptanoate with n -heptanoic acid and n -butanol as reactants. The effects of reaction conditions on the esterifieation rate were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows : the molar ratio of n - heptanoic acid to n - butanol 1 : 1.8, the quantity of the catalyst 0.53 g, water - carrying agent 15 mL, and the reaction time 2 h. The esterification rate could reach 97.5% under the ootimum conditions.
