摘要
以地沟油为原料,通过高温热裂解得到高酸值85 mg(KOH)/g的裂解油,进而通过催化酯化反应降低热裂解油的酸值。讨论了催化剂种类、甲醇用量等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,以自制的S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2固体超强酸作催化剂,甲醇用量(以裂解油质量计)为30%时,酯化效果最好,可以使裂解油酸值降至2 mg(KOH)/g。还考察了催化剂的使用寿命,结果表明,催化剂使用到第3次时,酯化率仍可达到84.8%。酯化后裂解油的燃料油性能有所改善。
We obtained pyrolysis oil acid number 85 mg (KOH)/g by pyrolyzing drainage oil and estefified the pyrolysis oil to decrease the content of carboxylic acid. We investigated the influence factors of esterification, such as catalyst species and methanol dosage. The results showed that the best conditions were as follows: S2O8^2-/ZrO2 solid acid as catalyst, the quantity of the catalyst equal to 30% of pyrolysis oil. Under those conditions, the acid number of the pyrolysis oil was reduced to 2 mg( KOH)/g and the esterification rate was 84.8% even when the catalyst was used for the 3rd time. The fuel performances of esterified pyrolysis oil were improved.
