摘要
在固定单体配比、膨润土用量、反应时间等部分实验条件的情况下,考察了不同引发体系对以淀粉、膨润土、丙烯酸为原料的复合高吸水树脂合成过程的影响。结果表明,最佳引发体系为过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠的最佳总用量为0.26%,其中过硫酸铵与亚硫酸氢钠物质的量比为2:1,最佳反应温度为40℃。还讨论了引发剂加入方式对合成产物的吸水性能的影响。结果表明,分批加入法优于一次性加入法,反应初期加入引发剂总量的80%,接枝反应进行2 h后再加入余下的20%。
This paper investigates the effects of different kinds of initiation systems on the synthesizing process of super absorbent compound resin using starch, bentonite, and acrylic acid as raw material when the experimental conditions are unconverted, including monomer ratio, bentonite dosage, reaction time, and so on. The results show the best initiation system is ammonium persulfate - sodium hydrogen sulfite redox initiation system and its optimum dosage is 0.26% ( the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate to sodium hydrogen sulfite 2 : 1 ), and the optimum reaction temperature is 40 ℃. This paper also discusses the effects of addition method of initiator on the water - absorbing property of the product and results show that batch feed - adding way is better than onetime feeding way, which 80% of the initiator is added at the initial reaction stage and 20% of the remaining initiator is added after two hours later.
