摘要
目的观察中药在体外抑制猪囊尾蚴的超微结构变化。方法用透射电镜观察中药灭囊灵醇提取物、吡喹酮和丙硫咪唑体外作用于猪囊尾蚴的变化。结果中药组和吡喹酮组虫体皮层、基底膜、肌层和实质层细胞均明显受损，中药组对神经索的损伤作用强于吡喹酮。丙硫咪唑组虫体各层次细胞损伤均明显低于中药组和吡喹酮组。结论中药灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴具有明显的杀伤作用。
Aim To observe the ultrastructure of Cystlcercus cellulosae with Chinese metria medica(CMM) in vitro.Methods The ultrastructure of Cycticercus cellulosae treated with chinese materia madica(CMM) 'praziquantel(PQT) and al-bendazole (ALB) in vitro was observed by transmission clectron microscopy. Results The tegument,basement membrancemuscular layer and parenchyma in the groups of CMM and PQT were all clearly damage,but the harmful effect of CMM tonerve cords is more serious than the PQT. The damage of all layers of the Cysticercus cellulosae in the ALB group is smaller indegree than the CMM and PQT. Conclusion The CMM has marked damaging effect to Cysticercus cellulosae.
