为了帮助食品企业应对危机,变危机为转机,让企业在危机中求生存、求发展,介绍了企业危机管理的要素和特征;企业管理走下坡路的征兆和形式。食品企业做好危机管理的要点有:树立正确的危机意识、建立完善的危机预警系统、危机总结、树立诚实是最大的缩减策略、强化企业文化的危机管理功能和做好危机传播方案。
Food enterprises can survive the crisis and continue their development by facing emergency seriously and changing crisis into opportunities. Therefore, the main factors and features of crisis management are introduced, together with signs and forms of the declining management in food enterprises. The key points about how to prepare for the crisis management are suggested as the following:forming the right crisis awareness, constructing a better crisis early - warning system, making a timely crisis summarization, setting up honesty as the biggest reduction strategy, strengthening the crisis management for enterprises' culture and enhancing crisis communication management.
