鼻内窥镜技术在治疗眶内高压症的应用

Application of rhinoscope to reduce internal orbital pressure

目的为了研究经鼻内窥镜眶减压术新技术在临床的疗效。方法对１１例因各种原因引起的眶内压增高症，在鼻内窥镜下行筛、上颌窦进路眶减压术。结果治愈率６３．６％，显效率２７．３％，总有效率９０．９％。结论证明此新技术在治愈率及总有效率明显增高，与同类病例传统术式相比，具有并发症少，创伤小，疗效好、无颜面切口等显著特点。

Objectives In order to prove the signifeant effect of the new technique by transrhinoscope to reduce orbital pressure.Methods We have operation on 11 cases with internal orbital hyperpressure,caused by various reasons.The operation was transrhinoscope to perfomance of reduction of orbital pressure,the route of endoscope was transethmoid and maxllary sinuses.Results The results showed that the rate of cured ones was 63.6%,significant improment 27.3%.Total improvement 90.90%.Conclusions Thus It could quite prove that the new method had got the advanges on high curable rate,less injurces,less complications and good effects etc.
