中西医结合治疗原发性痛风临床研究

Clinical study of primary gout with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗原发性痛风的临床疗效。方法将３３例原发性痛风患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组（治疗组）与单纯西药治疗组（对照组）。对照组常规服用别嘌呤醇、秋水仙碱，必要时静滴抗生素或激素。治疗组除以上方法外还加用中医药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为９０．５％（１９／２１）与对照组总效率５８．３％（７／１２）比较，经统计学处理有差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。前者疼痛缓解时间均值为３６．５６小时与后者疼痛时间均值为４２．５２小时，统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。治疗组３年内复发率为３３．３％（７／２１），对照组复发率为８３．３％（１０／１２），统计学处理有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。结论本组研究为以后中西医结合治疗痛风提供了方法和经验。

Objectives To explore the clinical effectiveness of gout treated by integrated traditional chinese and western medicine (TCM-WM).Methods Tirty three patients of primary gout were allocated randomly into the TCM-WM group and control group.The therapeutic method for the control group including allopurinol and colchicine,intravenous of antibiotics or hydrocortisone.TCM-WM group by exception the aboved mentioned medication,chinese medicine treatment.Results The total effective rate of the TCM-WM group (90.5%) was higher than that of control group (58.3%),The significant between two groups in statistic ( P <0.05).Time for lessening the ache in the former (36.56h) was also shorter than that of the latter (42.52h),the obvious significant between two groups in statistic ( P <0.001).The recurrent rate of the former(33.3%) was lower than that of the latter (83.3%) the very obvious significant ( P <0.005).Conclusions The study provided both method and experience for the treatment of gout with TCM-WM.
