氩激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉周围炎30例

Thirty cases of retinal periphlebitis treated by argon laser photocoagulation(ALP)

目的观察氩激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉周围炎效果。方法治疗前做眼底莹光血管造影（ＦＦＡ），按病变累及范围每周激光一次，共１～５次，三个月后复查眼底与ＦＦＡ，是否补充治疗。结果与住院药物治疗１６例２６眼对比，明显好于药物组。结论视网膜静脉周围炎早期用氩激光治疗，效果好，减少复发，保留了视力。

Objectives Thirty cases of Eales disease treated by ALP is better than other method.Method FFA taken before treatment.Accocding various pathogenic area ALP were needed from 1～5 times,one time perweek.Three months later FFA again examinated to determinate whether ALP taken.Results comparated the treatment with conservative method 16 patients (26 eyes) in ward.ALP method is apparently better than conservative group.Conclusions Early stage treated by ALP has a good effection,less recurrence and preservation of vision.
