摘要 目的了解羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层种植体植入生物骨组织后的愈合情况,为义齿修复时机提供依据。方法将表面涂HA的钛芯种植体植入狗颌骨内,分别在术后3、6、12个月于全麻下切取标本,在光镜和电镜下观察其结合情况。结果HA涂层种植体植入狗颌骨后3、6个月即形成骨性结合界面,超过六个月其愈合程度与时间无关。结论HA涂层种植入生物体后3~6个月即形成骨性结合界面,可进行上部修复。 Objectives To understand healing consitions of hydroxyapatite-paintcoated implants after their implant-ation into the biological osseous tissues,so as to prove the pove the proper time for the repair of the artificial tooth.Methods The HA-paintcoated titanium implants were implanted into dog′s jaw bone and they were taken out for samples under the general anesthesia in the 3rd,6th,and 12th month respectively after the implantation,so as to study their healing conditions under the optical and electronic microscopes.Results The bony union interface could be formed in 3~6 months after the implantation of HA-paintcoated implants into dog′s jaw bone and the healing could have no relation with the duration six months after the implantation.Conclusions 3~6 months after the implantation,the HA-paintcoated implants would form a bony union interface which could enable the repair of the upper part of the artificial tooth.
