Construction of Professional Culture in Model Colleges——A Case Study of Xuzhou Institute of Architectural Technology

示范院校校园文化建设应从高职教育的特性出发,突出职业属性和示范功能。职业文化建设是示范院校校园文化建设的重心,应针对不同行业、不同区域、不同院校的文化基础,着重从营造职业意识氛围、建设仿真职业文化、凝炼职业文化要求、提升教师职业素养等方面进行职业文化的构建。

The construction of professional culture in model colleges should start from the characteristics of vocational education,emphasizing the professional aspect and role model.The professional culture is the core of campus culture.The construction of it should puts emphasis on creating the professional atmosphere,stimulating the professional culture,condensing the professional culture requirements and promoting teachers＇ professional quality in accordance with different trades,regions and culture of different schools.
