经济欠发达地区农村养老的调查与分析——以江西上饶市铅山县S村为个案

An Investigation and Analysis on Supporting the Aged in Underdeveloped Rural Areas——A Case Study of S Village in Qianshan County,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province

农村养老问题是社会极为关注且需亟待妥善解决的社会难题。通过对江西上饶市铅山县S村60岁以上老年人群体和30～59岁中青年群体就有关农村养老状况进行调查,结果表明,农村老年人收入低、主要靠子女供养、老年人看病难成为突出问题。解决农村养老问题,应扩大农村低保范围,实行应保尽保,提高其经济独立性,积极探索农村土地养老保障新模式。

Supporting the aged in rural areas is an issue which has aroused wide concern and should be solved immediately.A survey made on present condition of supporting the aged in rural areas to people at the age of over 60 and 30-59 in S village of Qianshan County,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province presents the following problems：the aged have a low income;they are mainly supported by their children and it is difficult for them to see a doctor.To solve these problems,measures should be taken to expand the low-income families,implement the social security system as much as possible,increase old people＇s economic independence and explore the new retirement security model of land in rural areas.
