世界发达国家工业化过程的实现往往是以牺牲环境和自然资源为代价的,如何处理好环境、资源和经济三者之间的关系,是摆在我们面前的一项重要任务。中国是世界上人口最多的发展中国家,正在实现自身的工业化进程,环境问题非常严重,如何处理好经济发展与生态环境之间的关系是当前所面临的重大课题。

The previous industrialization of most advanced countries had to pay the costs of misused environment and natural resource.Dealing with the relations among environment,resource and economy is still our vital task.China is the biggest developing country in terms of population in the world,and confronts with serious environmental problems during its process of industrialization.We have to solve the important issues on how we can manage the relations between economic development and eco-environment.
