随着服务外包在全国范围内的迅速开展,作为服务外包内容之一的信息技术外包逐渐为企业所关注。近年来,以制造业为主要经济发展支柱的黑龙江地区,在信息化建设的过程中,由于受相关因素的影响,其制造业企业的信息化水平与国内其他发达地区相比存在着一定的差距,而解决该问题的较佳途径之一便是进行信息技术外包。但是,制造业企业进行信息技术外包并不是盲目的,因此,通过对黑龙江制造业企业进行信息技术外包约束条件的探讨,对企业该项举措的实施提供一些帮助。

With the rapid development of service outsourcing in china,many companies gradually pay attention to the information technology outsourcing which as one part of the service outsourcing.In recent years,as the main pillar of economic development in the Heilongjiang region,the manufacturing company in the information construction process,during to the impact of related factors,the level of information in manufacturing enterprises and domestic compared to other developed areas there is a gap,but a better way to solve the problem is to conduct information technology outsourcing.However,the manufacturing enterprises in information technology outsourcing is not blind and,therefore,this paper attempts to study the constraints in information technology outsourcing of the implementation of Heilongjiang manufacturing enterprises,in order that offer some help.
