闽北高中学生性相关知识和行为及影响因素调查

Investigation on Sexual Knowledge and Behaviors and its Influencing Factors of Senior School Students in Northern Fujian

[目的]为了解闽北高中学生性知识、行为及影响因素,为今后干预工作提供依据。[方法]在闽北10县市随机抽取8所学校1 810名高中学生进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]问卷有效应答率96.2%(1 741/1 810)。过去12个月里,29%的学生有特殊意义的异性朋友,发生性行为的报告率是3.9%,有1.3%人报告被迫与他人发生过性行为;接受过艾滋病教育的报告率为38.6%,对艾滋病人有正确态度的报告率37.2%;学校类型、看色情书及音像制品、有特殊意义的异性朋友是发生性行为的影响因素,而与父/母一起居住为保护因素。[结论]高中学生身心健康问题需要多部门重视,要对学生的性知识和行为进行适当、系统的健康教育和干预。

[Objective] To investigate sexual knowledge,behavior and its influencing factors of senior school students in northern Fujian for health education and intervention.[Methods] Totally 1 870 students were investigated with questionnaire by randomized sampling method.[Results] The effective response rate was 96.2%（1 741/1 870）.In the past 12 months,the rate of having heterosexual friends was 29%.The report rate of having sexual behavior was 3.9%,and having compelled sexual behavior was 1.3%.The rate of receiving AIDS education was 38.6%,and having right attitude to AIDS was 37.2%.School type,reading pornographic books and watching the disks,having heterosexual friends were main influencing factors,but living with their father and/or mother was protective factor.[Conclusion] The related government divisions should pay attention to student＇s physical and psychological health problems,health education and intervention for sexual knowledge and behaviors should be strengthened properly and systematically.
