小儿纤维胃镜1200例检查分析

Clinical analysis of fibro-gastroscopic examination in 1200 children

为了探讨小儿上消化道疾病的发病率及儿童胃病的HP感染率,进行了临床1200例小儿纤维胃镜检查分析及855例胃粘膜HP检测总结。结果表明:1200例中疾病检出率为84.3％,其中以浅表性胃炎、十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡发病率最高,855例HP检测者中,HP阳性率分别为:浅表性胃炎64.4％、十二指肠炎69.4％、胃溃疡81.0％、十二指肠球部溃疡90.3％,且儿童HP感染情况多随着年龄的增长而增加。

In order to explore the morbidities of upper digestive tract disease and of helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in children, fibro-gastroscopy examination and HP measurement in gastric mucosa were undertaken on 1200 cases and 855 cases, respectively. The results showed that incidence of upper digestive tract diseases was 84. 3% in 1200 cases diagnosed by fibro-gastroscopy examination. The occurrence of superficial gastritis, duodenitis and upper digestive ulcer were more common among them. The positive rates of HP infection in 855 cases with different upper digestive tract disease were in turn as follows s 64. 4% in superficial gastritis, 69. 4% in duodenitis, 81. 0% in gastric ulcer and 90. 3% in duodenal ulcer, respectively. It was found that the possibility of HP infection in gastric mucosa increased with ascending of age in the affected children.
