摘要
快速发展的互联网超乎想象地变革了而且还在变革人类的传播活动。作为这一变革大潮中新的浪花，Web2．0开创了一个新的网络时代，同时也给现今的知识产权制度带来了新的挑战。本文探讨了Web2．0的内涵及其知识产权问题，并对Web2．0环境下的知识产权保护提出建议。
Human communication has been enhanced by the fast developing Internet beyond our imagination, the so called Web2.0 has been a major driving force behind such changes, and Web2.0 opens the new era of Internet. At the same time, Web2.0 can fundamentally challenge the international IPR framework. This paper studies what does Web2.0 mean and its intellectual property rights issues. And it also gives some reasonable suggestions.
