摘要
目的:探讨动态增强CT对肾静脉主干血栓的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析6例典型肾静脉血栓的CT表现。结果:6例动态增强CT显示肾静脉主干内的血栓充盈缺损影,其中2例合并下腔静脉血栓,与选择性肾静脉血管造影检查结果相吻合。结论:动态增强CT对肾静脉主干血栓的诊断有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the value of incremental dynamic CT in the diagnosis of renal venous thrombosis.Methods:CT Appearances of 6 cases with renal venous thrombosis confirmed by operation were reviewed.Results:Renal venous thrombosis were demonstrated on incremental dynamic CT in all 6 cases,2 cases of them have thrombosis in cava inferior venous.The results of CT is as same as selective renal venousography.Conclusion:Incremental dynamic CT is valuable in diagnosis of renal venous thrombosis.
