自体角膜移植的护理

目的:探讨自体角膜移植术治疗角膜穿孔及角膜白斑的护理。方法:对自体角膜移植术的患者术前认真筛查,术后术眼用绷带加压包扎1～2天以利植片的贴合,每日在裂隙灯下观察植片的存活及变化情况3次,2个月后逐渐拆线。其间注意术眼的护理及基础护理,加强患者自护能力的培训。结果:18例患者术后伤口愈合好,无漏水、感染,植片无脱落、坏死、无发生角膜内皮失代偿者。视力均有不同程度的提高。结论:目前的护理措施有效,对患者的康复起到了非常重要的作用,值得推广。

Objective： To explore nursing of treating corneal perforation and corneal leucoma via autologous keratoplasty. Method： Careful preoperative screening was performed on patients for autologous keratoplasty. And the eyes were subject to postopera- tive compression with padding and bondage forl -2days for the convenience of graft onlaying. Survival and change condition of graft were observed under slit lamp twice daily with stitches removed gradually one month later. During this period, attention shall be paid to eyes nursing and basic nurs- ing with improvement of patients＇ ability of selfdefence. Result： 18 patients had a fine postoperative wound healing without any wa- ter leakage, infection, graft desquamation, necrosis, and no patient with corneal endothelium decompensation appeared. Patients＇ eyesight had improved in varying degrees. Conclusion： The current nursing measures are effective and plays a crucial role in recovery of patients. As a result, these measure are indeed worth promoting.
