摘要
目的:了解长庆油田司机职业人群高血压的患病率及主要危险因素。方法:对1284例男性卡车司机健康资料收集调查分析。结果:高血压患病率为25.62%,高于一般人群。Logistic回归分析提示年龄、饮酒、高血压家族史和BMI等因素为该人群高血压发生的危险因素。结论:对司机高血压防治应采取综合防治措施。
Objective:To investigate the incidence and main risk factors of hypertension among truck drivers.Methods:About 1284 truck drivers were surveyed.Results:The incidence of hypertension among truck drivers was 25.62%,which was higher than that in general people.The age,the alcohol hobbies and the BMI were the main risk factors.Conclusion:The strategy to prevent and control hypertension among drivers should be comprehensive.
