缺血对蛙坐骨神经干传导速度的影响

An Experimental Study of Ischemic Effects on Conductive Velocity of Bull Frog Sciatic Nerve trunk

目的：通过测定传导速度研究缺血对神经于功能的影响。方法：将20只牛蛙左右后肢分为两组，左后肢为供血组，右后肢为缺血组。对两组坐骨神经干分别每隔5分钟测定一次传导速度（共13次，60分钟）。取0、30、60分钟三个时相的传导速度进行组内与组间比较。实验组缺血时间与传导速度进行相关性分析。统计学处理用双侧t检验，相关性分析。结果：（1）对照组内神经传导速度比较显示差异无显著性（P＞0．05），实验组内显示差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。（2）组间比较（30、60分钟）显示两组的神经传导速度差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。（3）相关性分析示缺血时间与神经干传导速度呈负相关（r＝－0．98，P＜0．001）．结论：神经干传导速度随缺血时间的延长而减慢，二者呈负相关。

The ischemic effects on conductive function were studied by means of determinationof conduction velocities of nerve trunks in bull frogs. Mathods:The hind limbs of 2O bul1 frogs were dividedinto two groups, including control (unischemic, left limbs)and experimental (ischemic, right limbs ). The conduction velocities of sciatic nerve were measured every 5 minutes (total 13 times. 60 minutes ). The conductionvelocities of two internal and among groups were compared at 0, 30, 60minutes. Correlation between ischemictime and conduction velocities was performed in experimenta1 group. Statistic ana1ysis used two tailedstudent's test. Correlation used linear regression. Results: (1 )In control group. cornparison of nerve conduction velocities in internal groups showed no difference (P>0. 05 ) ; in experimental group, showed significantdifference (P<0. 05 ), (2)Comparison of conduction velocities among groups (30, 60 minutes ) indicated significoat difference (P<0. 05 ), (3 )Correlation analysis showed there was negative correlation between ischemictime and conduction velocities of nerve trunks (r = - 0. 98. P<0. 001 ). Concluslonl: The conduction velocltyof nerve trunk decreases with delaying of ischmic time. It showed negative correlation.
