灵璧县前朱家山矿矿山地质环境治理研究

Mine Geological Environment Governance of Qianzhujia Hill in Lingbi County

首先简要介绍了前朱家山石灰岩矿的地理、地质背景条件,讨论了由于以往矿山不规范开采活动而造成的土地占用破坏、地形地貌景观破坏和崩塌、滑坡地质灾害隐患等矿山地质环境问题,并根据矿山地质环境特征和灵璧县城镇发展规划,本着"宜建则建,宜水则水,宜林则林"的原则,有针对性地进行了建设用地工程、道路工程、水塘工程、边坡防护工程、植被绿化工程等矿山地质环境治理工程的布局,最后进一步提出了矿山地质环境治理实施后其减灾、经济、环境等预期成效,强调了地质环境治理对恢复矿区生态环境、促进县域经济发展的意义。

This paper gives firstly a brief introduction of geological background,geological environment problems and its hazards such as land occupation-damage,topographtpy damage and collapse,landslide hazards because of previous non-standard mining in Qianzhujia Hill.Then according to mine geological environment and Lingbi urban development planning,it puts forward a plan for construction projects,road construction,reservoir engineering,slope protection works,vegetation green engineering geological environment treatment project layout,finally,explains the economic,environmental and other expected results of mine geological environment after the implementation of its disaster management,and emphasizes the importance of environmental management in the restoration of mining geology environment and promoting economic development.
