摘要
把纸机传动改造方案确定为由单电机长轴传动方式改为多电机分部变频传动方式,即取消原电机、长轴等机械传动部分,在网部、压榨部、烘干部每一个传动点安装一台交流电机,由7台三肯SHF型变频器分别连接7台交流电机传动7个传动点。1 200生产线传动部改造完成后,纸机调节精度增高,断纸次数大幅下降,纸机工作车速由原来28 m/min提高到32 m/min,生产能力提升15%,年产量提高2 000吨,年增产值2 400万元。
The retrofit scheme for pulp machine driving is with the section-drive control mode replaing the mechanical line-shaft control mode.Each transmission point of wire section,press section and dryer section installs an ac motor,and 7 Samco SHF type inverters connected with 7 ac motors drive 7 driving points.After the completion of the transformation of 1200 line′s transmission system,regulating accuracy increased,the number of paper breaking greatly decreased,machine working speed improved from 28 m/min to 32 m/min,annual production capacity improved 15%,output improved 2000 tons and annual output value increased 24 million RMB Yuan.
