摘要
目的:探讨脂质过氧化反应与老年性白内障的发病关系。方法:本文测定了老年性白内障患者晶状体39例MDA含量SOD活力;48例血浆MDA含量、红细胞SOD活力.并以12例正常人对照。结果:老年性白内障患者晶状体内MDA含量高于对照组(P<0.05),SOD活力显著低于对照组(P<0..01).眼内脂质过氧化损伤明显增强;血浆MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),红细胞SOD活力显著低于对照组(P<0.01).机体脂质过氧化水平明显升高。结论:自由基引发的脂质过氧化损伤增强、机体抗氧化能力降低与老年性白内障的发病有密切关系;晶状体的过氧化损伤及眼内抗氧化能力降低与整体的抗氧化酶活力降低有关。
The present study was to approach the pathogenesis relationship of lipid peroxidation to senile cataract (SC). Methods: The malondialdehyde (MDA ) contents and superoxide dismutase(SoD)activities of 39 SC lenes, and the plasma MDA contents and erythrocyte SOD activities of 48 SC patients (SC group) were determined and compared with 12 healthy individuals (control group ). Results: TheMDA contents of the lens increased(p<0.05),the SOD activities of the lens decreased(pwt0. 01 ) significantlyin SC grotip,as compared with control group. The plasma MDA contents increased (p<0. 01 ),the erythrocyteSOD activities decreased (p<0. 01 )significantly in SC group,as compared with contro1 group. Conclusion: Theincreasing lipid peroxidation lesion induced by free radical and the decreasing antiperoxidation ability wereclosely related to SC. The peroxidation lesion of lens and the decreasing of antiperoxidation ability were probably resulted from the decreasing of antiperoxidation enzyme activities in whole.
