脑出血首次血肿量与首次平均血压及其预后的相关性分析

摘要 目的:脑出血首次血肿量(IVH)与首次平均血压(IMBP)及其预后的相关性进行研究,并提出了脑出血易感性假说即P=K■。方法:1.不同出血部位的年龄、IVH、IMBP进行比较。2.同一出血部位存活组与死亡组的IVH进行比较.3.IVH与年龄、IMBP、预后进行相关性分析。4.统计学处理:评价用X±SD;t检验;相关性分析用直线回归。结果:1.基底节、皮质下出血与丘脑比较显示:IVH大(P<0.05)。2.基底节与皮质下出血比较:平均年龄小(P<0.05);IMBP高(P<0.05)。3.死亡组的击底节、皮质下出血的IVH大于存活组(P<0.001)。4.相关性分析:IVH与IMBP相关性:基底节呈正相关;基底节及皮质下均显示相关。结论:基底节出血的IMBP及病死率、皮质下出血的病死率随IVH的增加而增高。 Objective The correlation was studied between initial volume of hematoma (IVH)and initial mean bIood pressure(IMBP) and prognosis in patients with cerebral hemor-rhage. Hypothesis was put forward of predisposion in cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 1. Comparison with age,IVH,IMBP in different hemorrhagic location. 2. Comparison with IVH between un fatal and fatal groups in the same Iocation 3. Correlation be-tween IVH and age,IMBP,prognosis. 4. Statistical Methods:Values were expressed as mean ±SD; Student's t test ;linear regression was used in correlation analysis. Results: 1. Comparing basal ganglionic and subcortical to thalamus:IVH larger (P<0. 05) 2. Comparing basal ganglionic to subcortical: mean age younger(P<0. 05) ; IMBP higher (P>0.05 ) 3. The IVHsof basal ganglionic and subcortical in fatal group were respectively larger than that in unfatal. 4. Correlation Analysis:Correlation between IVH and IMBP in basal ganlionic was positive lcorrelation in subcortical. Correlation between IVH and fatality rate in basal gangilonic and subcortical was postive. Conclusion:The IMBP and fatality rate in basal ganglionic, and fatalilty rate in subcortical,increased with its IVH.
