本文探讨了提高医学生基层意识及指导其基层就业的途径和方法。柳州医学高等专科学校通过采取一系列办法，包括改革就业指导课及结合专业思想教育、服务家乡教育、“新医改”方案政策解读等，以解决当前高等专科学校医学毕业生不愿意到基层就业，基层医疗单位卫生技术人才缺乏的问题。

In this article, the ways and methods to increase medical students＇ grass-roots aware- ness and employment were discussed. In order to solve the problems of current medical students unwilling to grass-root employment and the lack of health technicians in rural medical units, some methods had been used in Liuzhou Medical College, such as career guidance reforms, combining with professional ideological education, home service education, interpretation of the ＂new medical reform＂ program policy, and other ways.
