摘要
目前,中国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段。然而,随着招生规模的扩大,众多医学类院校盲目开设医学影像学专业,导致医学影像学专业毕业生就业率逐渐下降,专业设置、制度缺失、学生期望值过高、性别歧视等成为影响学生就业的主要因素。本文结合我国高等医学教育的现状,以泰山医学院医学影像学专业为例,探讨通过政府、学校、学生等多方面采取行之有效的措施,提高毕业生就业率。
With the transition of China's higher education from elite education to mass education, many medical colleges set up the specialty of medical imaging blindly, which leads to the decrease of medical imaging professional graduate employment rate. Unreasonable specialty setup, the systemic defect, high expectations of students and male preference become the main reasons of the medical imaging professional graduate unemployment. Under such circumstances, taking the medical imaging of Taishan Medical University as an example, the paper discussed how to take effective measures through the government, schools and students, to increase the employment rate.
