医学生临床实习现状分析与对策

Strategy and analysis in advancing the effect of clinical practice of medical students

从医学生成长为一名真正的临床医生，临床实习是关键的阶段。当前，由于受诸多因素的影响，如社会因素、教师教学意识薄弱、学生自主学习能力低和忽视临床实习等，导致临床实习效果明显受到影响。因此，深化教学改革、强化教学意识和抓好临床教学的主要环节，必须建立一支具有先进教学理念的师资队伍，同时充分利用现代化的教学手段，以提高医学生的临床实习效果。本文就上海交通大学仁济临床医学院医学生的实习现状进行了分析并提出了相应的对策。

Clinical practice is a very important period of a medical student who wants to be a doctor. Nowadays because of influence of many factors, the effects of clinical practice are distinctly influenced. Renjii Clinical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University gave an analysis on strategy of many tache of improving clinical practice of medical students.
