重庆市农民工城市适应性障碍探析

教育的缺失,文化程度低,户籍制度的缺陷以及社会保障体系不健全,致使农民工在经济、社会及心理三个层面表现出对城市的适应性不良。为此,重庆市相关部门应该加强农民工岗前培训,逐步完善社会保障体系,建立健全公平、共享的社会保障机制等,增强农民工对城市社会的认同感,促进重庆市农民工城市适应等措施,以提高农民工的城市适应性。

Due to lack of education, low education level and imperfect household registration system and social security system, migrant workers show their poor city adaptability economically, socially and psychologically. Therefore, Chongqing relevant departments should strengthen pre - job training of rural migrant workers, and gradually improve the social security system, establish and improve a fair share of social security mechanisms, so as to enhance workers＇ social identity and promote their urban adaptation in Chongqing.
