摘要
提供了聚乙烯光降解剂烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铁FeDEC的合成方法.通过测定紫外光谱与差热谱图证明它在太阳光谱范围内有强烈吸收,在聚乙烯的加工温度范围内基本保持稳定;借助人工加速光老化试验对含FeDEC的聚乙烯薄膜的脆化时间进行了考察。
The proper conditions of the synthesis of photodegradant(FeDEC)are described in this paper,and its light absorption range as well as decomposed temperature is determined.The time to embrittlement of polyethylene films added with various FeDEC concentrations is discussed after being irradiated with high pressure mercury lamps at ambient temperature for hours.It is shown that FeDEC can be used as a photo activator in polyethylene films,and its effects of photo activator are proportional to FeDEC concentrations in polyethylene films.
