摘要
用溶胶凝胶法合成了Li2Si2O5XLa2O3(X=0~9%)复合电解质,与传统的固相合成方法相比,发现该法可使样品的合成温度降低,其离子导电性得到提高。
Li 2Si 2O 5 X La 2O 3( X =0~9%)composite electrolytes have been prepared by Sol Gel method.Compared with the samples by the conventional solid state reaction,the experimental results show that this method need lower temperature and present higher ionic conductivity.The effects of dispersed second phase La 2O 3 on the ionic condutivity of α Li 2Si 2O 5 are studied in this paper.
