鹌鹑和石鸡的核型及C带研究

STUDIES ON KARYOTYPES AND C BANDS OF QUAIL AND CHUKO PARTRIDGE

本文报道鹌鹑和石鸡的核型、Ｃ带，并与已报道的近缘种家鸡作比较－结果表明，两种鸟的核型基本一致，但与家鸡的核型有小小差异－两鸟的核型公式为：２Ｎ＝７８＝４ＳＭ＋２Ｔ＋２ＳＴ＋ｚＭｗＴ＋２ＳＴ＋４Ｔ＋６２ｍＴ／Ｄ，多数染色体的着丝粒区均显示出一个深浅不同的Ｃ带－研究结果进一步支持了鸟类核型在进化过程中有较强保守性的观点－

The karyotypes and C-bands of Quail and Chukor Partridge were studied and compared with the their ralative species that were reported before. The result showed that the difference of karyotypes of the 2 species bird is not obvious. There are a few difformulae with Gallus domesticus. Their Karyotypical flrmulae is 2N=78=4SM+2T+2ST+zMwT+2ST+4T+62mT/D.Most of the macrochromosomes show a prominent centromertic C-band. The results of the study again prove the hypothesis that bird karyotype is exceedingly conservative in the course of evolution.
