摘要
对液晶层内的空间电荷场,光折变效应进行了较详细的理论研究.提出光折变效应主要同掺杂的杂质离子产生的光电荷感生空间电荷场有关.在掺杂染料的液晶中观察了光束的自衍射和双光束耦合等现象.分析了实验现象,提出和发展了新的理论模型.实验中得到结果同理论结果符合得较好.
The detailed theoretical discussion of space charge field and photorefractive effect in liquid crystal films is expounded. The photorefractive effect is attributed to the space charge fields induced by the photo charges, which may come from the photoioniazed impurities. We have also observed self diffraction and two beam energy coupling in dye doped liquid crystal films. The phenomena was analyzed and a theoretical model of photo refractive effect of dye doped liquid crystal films was developed. New experimental results are in good agreement with the theory.
