摘要 目的:探讨利用肾镜联合汽化电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石治疗较大膀胱结石的可行性。方法:利用汽化电切镜F26外鞘建立通道,肾镜带F24金属鞘经通道置入膀胱进行肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗较大膀胱结石56例,对手术效率进行分析。结果:本组56例患者中,54例手术成功,2例因尿道狭窄无法置入F26汽化电切镜外鞘转膀胱造瘘肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石。结论:肾镜联合汽化电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石治疗较大膀胱结石有效提高手术效率,大大缩短手术时间,是一种经自然通道、微创、术后恢复快的手术方式。 Objective : using nephroscopic joint vaporization cutting mirror outer sheath pneumatic treatment of large bladder calculi. Methods:using vaporization cutting F26 mirror established outer sheath, nephroscopic belt F24, metal scabbard bladder channel inserted on nephroscopic lithotripsy treatment under pressure trajectory 56 cases, large bladder calculi of operation efficiency analysis. Results: the 56 cases, 54 cases of surgical success,2 cases of urethral stricture couldnt cut into F26 vaporization mirror outer sheath turn bladder made fistula nephroscopic lithotripsy treatment under pressure trajectory bladder calculi. Conclusion: ne- phroscopic joint vaporization cutting mirror outer sheath pneumatic therapy greatly improve operation efficiency of bladder calculi, greatly shorten the time of surgery, is a kind of natural channel and minimally invasive surgery, rapid recovery.
