摘要
目的:了解武威市丙型肝炎携带现状,为丙肝预防治疗提供科学依据。方法:2008～2009年对健康体检者做丙肝抗体筛查,用ELISA检测抗-HCV。结果:共检测12091人,检出抗-HCV阳性216人,阳性率为1.79%,男性阳性率为2.27%,女性阳性率为1.19%,男女性无差异(P>0.05)。结论:武威市一般人群抗-HCV阳性检出率与全国情况一致。
Objective：To Learn the situation of hepatitis C cartier in Wuwei City and provide the scientific basis for hepatitis C prevention and treatment. Methods：We detected anti - HCV of healthy people from 2008 to 2009 using ELISA. Results：There were 216 cases with anti -HCV positive were detected among 12091 cases,the positive rate was 1.79%,male was 2. 27% and female was 1.19% , with no difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The positive rate of nati -HCV on general population of Wuwei city was in line with our nation.
