动物实验的生物安全防护初探

An Approach to Biosafety Containment of Animal Laboratory

生命科学的许多研究领域都依赖于动物实验,动物实验也存在生物安全的危险,这种危险来自于动物性气溶胶、人畜共患病以及实验室获得性疾病感染。从事动物实验的工作人员应充分认识动物实验生物安全防护的重要性,加强生物安全防护知识和技能的培训,采取有效的管理和监督措施,减少或尽可能杜绝自身感染、环境污染以及实验室感染等事件发生。

Animal studies have been applying in all fields of life science,but they bring some biohazards to workers,which may result from animal aerosol,zoonosis and laboratory infection.We must pay more attention to the containment of laboratory biosafety.We can improve our consciousness of self-protection and containment skill through serial training.Furthermore,we must establish standard operation procedure（SOP） and policy for administration and supervision on containment of biosafety in order to make sure people avoid from the laboratory infection.
