Property of Magnetopolaron in a Cylindrical Quantum Wire

摘要 采用变分法,研究了柱形量子线中磁极化子在基态和激发态的系统能量,电子-表面声子相互作用能以及回旋共振频率.选用抛物型束缚势,在精确求解未微扰电子的波动方程的基础上,给出了系统的试探波函数.数值计算结果表明,随着量子线半径的增大,基态和激发态的电子-表面声子相互作用能都相应减小,回旋共振频率也随之减小. Using variational method, the property of magnetopolaron in a cylindrical quantum wire was studied. The energies of ground state and excited state were presented and the electron surface optical (SO) phonon interactions at ground state and excited state were given, and then the resonant frequency ω * c was evaluated. Choosing parabolic type potential and solving the unperturbed electron wave equation, the trial wave function of the system was given. The numerical results show that as the radius of the cylindrical quantum wire increases, the correction energy induced by electron SO phonon interaction at ground and excited states decreases, and so does the resonant frequency ω * c. The present result improves the previous work on this subject.
