可行性研究是建设项目投资前期的一项重要工作,是项目投资决策过程中一个必不可少的程序。本文对太原市长风文化岛跨汾河学府景观桥桥位地质条件、气象、水文、桥型设计、施工方案、工程管理、经济效益等进行了全面分析,认为该项目在技术上和经济上可行,但如何提高项目的偿还贷款能力仍需进一步讨论。

Feasibility study is an important content of the construction project investment,and it is also indispensable to decision-making process. By analyzing geological conditions,hydrology and meteorology,bridge design,construction plan,project management and economic benefit of the landscape bridge across the of Fen river institutions in Changfeng culture island in Taiyuan city,it was concluded that this project had technological and economical feasibility,but how to improve the ability to repay the loan needed further discussion.
