在肥城县北山区,用花椒凤蝶核型多角体匀浆液(1.2×10~6多角体/毫升)喷雾,防治花椒凤蝶幼虫,经小区和较大面积试验示范(15和13天后调查),虫口下降率分别为84.9和81.8%;用该病毒与乐果混施,虫口下降率分别为89.3%和86.5%。混施区单株产量高于单施病毒区,两者混用除防治了凤蝶外,还控制了蚜虫的危害。
In the field plot trials and large area demonstrations conducted in Feicheng of Shandong Province in 1988, nuclear polyhedrosis virus obtained from infected larvae of Pdpilio xuthus were sprayed at 1.2×106 PIB/ml to control P. xuthus infesting Chinese prickly ash. Samples collected at 15 and 13 days after the application showed 84.9% and 81.8% reduction of the pest populations, respectively. Applications of the virus together with Dimethoate resulted in 89.3% and 86.5% reduction of the pest populations, respectively. The yield of prickly ash per tree in the plots treated with the virus plus dimethoate was significantly higher than that in the plots treated with the virus alone. The yield increase in the former treatment was attributed to the suppression of aphid infestation by Dimethoate.
