摘要
设计合成了一系列以聚醚桥联的两个捕捉中心的NO捕捉剂α,ω-双-(咪唑啉硝酮氮氧)苯基聚醚;测定了它们的物理、光谱和ESR性质.标题化合物在不同的溶剂体系中能够捕捉由硝普酸钠光解释放出的NO而形成相应的由ESR表征的亚胺氮氧自由基.
A series of NO traps with two trapping centers bridging by polyether α,ω Bis(imidazoline nitronyl nitroxide)phenyl polyether have been designed and synthesized.Their physical properties and the characteristics of the spectra have been examined.Under different solvent systems,the title compounds can trap NO released from sodium nitroprusside by photolysis forming the corresponding imino nitroxides,which were characterized by means of electron spin resonance.
