摘要
目的探讨环境因素对何首乌活性成分的影响。方法以9个居群何首乌为试验材料,研究异地栽培前后何首乌活性成分含量的变化。结果异地栽培后何首乌中大黄素(P〈0.01)和2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(P〈0.05)的含量与原产地相比有显著性差异,大黄素甲醚含量不因栽培环境改变而发生明显变化。结论何首乌化学成分的差异是由种质因素和环境因素共同作用的结果。
Objective To investigate the effects of planting environments on bioactive components of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Methods Samples of Polygonum multiflorum from 9 different locations were collected and transplanted.Three bioactive components (2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,emodin and physcion) were determined with high performance liquid chromatography.Results Remarkable differences were observed in contents of emodin(P0.01)and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside(P0.05),however,non-significant influence on physcion was detected.Conclusion The growing environments and genotypes of populations lead to the differences of components in Polygonum multiflorum.
