摘要
目的对光果金樱子和金樱子进行质量研究,并比较其异同,为金樱子质量标准的完善及光果金樱子资源的综合开发利用提供参考。方法采用性状、显微、薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用苯酚-硫酸法进行多糖的含量测定。结果除光果金樱子果实光滑无刺外,二者的性状基本一致,显微特征和薄层色谱行为相似;光果金樱子多糖质量分数为(36.42±0.05)%,金樱子多糖的平均质量分数为38.46%。结论光果金樱子外观性状、显微特征、薄层色谱行为和多糖含量与金樱子相似,有可能作为金樱子的来源。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Rosa laevigata Michx. and provide reference for comprehensive exploitation and utilization on Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus.Methods Macroscopic,microscopic and TLC were used for identification,and phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide.Results Both Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus and Rosa laevigata Michx. presented resemblance in appearance,microstructure and TLC behavior except that the fruits of Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus have a smooth surface without any thorn.The average polysaccharide content of Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus was (36.42 ± 0.05)%,and that of Rosa laevigata Michx.was 38.46%.Conclusion Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus and Rosa laevigata Michx.were similar on appearance,microscopic structure,TLC and polysaccharide content.Rosa laevigata var. Leiocarpus may be a new source of Rosa laevigata Michx.
