中药罗汉果中9种有机氯农药残留的测定

Determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Siraitiae Fructus

目的建立中药罗汉果中六六六、滴滴涕、五氯硝基苯3类有机氯农药残留量的测定方法。方法参照《中国药典》方法提取样品,硫酸磺化后,采用气相色谱法：色谱柱为CP-SIL24CB石英毛细管柱,初始温度100℃,保持5min,以5℃/min升至220℃保持10min,以8℃/min升至250℃保持27min;63Ni电子捕获检测器检测,外标法计算含量。结果市售8批次罗汉果样品中均有不同程度的农药残留。结论本方法对9种有机氯均能达到基线分离,可用于罗汉果中有机氯农药残留量的测定。

Objective To establish a method for determining 3 kinds of residues of organic chlorine pesticides,including BHC,DDT,PCNB in Siraitiae Fructus.Methods The extracts were prepared according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia and analyzed by gas chromatography with CP-SIL 24 CB quartz capillary column and electronic capture eetector（63Ni ECD）,and the contents of 9 organic chlorine pesticides were calculated by external standard. Results The organic chlorine pesticides in Siraitiae Fructus were determined and found in all samples collected. Conclusions Separation of the main peaks was achieved. The method can be used to determine organic chlorine pesticides in Siraitiae Fructus.
