摘要
随着卫星通信技术的迅速发展和多媒体通信需求的不断增长,具有星上处理功能的卫星ATM(异步传递方式)网络成为未来卫星通信发展的重点。由于ATM网络拥塞的发生会极大降低网络性能,因此对拥塞控制的研究是非常有意义的。本文采用状态转移图的方法对闭环优先权标记法的理论模型进行了改进。使之更接近于实际情况。通过理论分析和实际系统仿真,结果显示闭环优先权标记法对于低轨卫星可大大降低高优先权的信元丢失率,并且该方法易于实现。
With the developments of satellite communication technology, future satellites are expected to provide multimedia communication. To accommodate these diversified services, a network with satellite ATM switching based on onboard processing is desired. Because congestion may degrade the performance of the ATM network, it is necessary to research into the congestion control in satellite ATM. The paper gave a brief overview on congestion control and modifies the theoretical model of closed loop priority tagging congestion control algorithm with state transition diagram. It is shown that this algorithm can be implemented easily and it is a useful congestion control scheme for the LEO satellite by theoretical analysis and simulation.
