本文针对当前计算机在图书应用的实际情况，将“异化”概念引入图书情报现代技术中，对现代技术应用对工作人员所产生的生理和心理的危害作了较详细的分析，并用人机工程学批判了“自动化会减轻工作量和减少工作人员”这二种不正确的观点；并应用人机工程学以解决“异化”所带来的问题，进一步改善人机之间的关系。

Aimed at the current status of computer's application in books, the article introduces the conception of 'alienation'. It also gives exhaustive analysis of the harm of modern technology does in staff's psychology and physics, and criticizes the notion that 'automation reduces work volume and work staff', asserts that we should use man-computer engineering to solve the problems that 'alienation' has brought about in order to promote the relations of human and machine.
