试论“非资源”信息及其管理

On Nonresource Information and Its Management

本文首先简单分析了信息资源的内涵，指出信息要成为信息资源必须具备两个条件，否则只能归于“非资源”信息。然后对“非资源”信息进行了分类，并分析了它的一些特征。最后讨论了“非资源”信息的管理。

Firstly, this paper analyses the meaning of in formation resources, and points out that only information which meets two demands can be information resou - rces. Then the author classifies nonresource information, and analyses its peculiarities. At last, the management of nonresource information is discussed.
