肺栓塞48例临床分析

摘要 肺栓塞近年来发病率高、死亡率高，是临床常见病。因其缺乏比较，特异性症状和体征且涉及多个学科，故漏诊误诊率高，在其概念和临床诊断方面往往存在一定误区故临床上对其诊治是非常被动的，大部分肺栓塞生前未能得到正确诊断。由此加强对PTE的早期认识，对降低病死率非常重要。现将2000—2009年我院确诊的48例肺栓塞症患者的临床特点报道如下。
