摘要
目的了解肖厝口岸登革热传染病媒介生物的基本情况,防止登革热传染病在肖厝口岸传入传出。方法从2007年4月—2008年3月,采用人工小时法,对肖厝口岸的登革热传染病媒介生物进行为期1年的监测。结果本次监测共捕获成蚊1510只和部份幼虫,经分类隶属2亚科4属7种,其中优势蚊种为骚扰阿蚊占61.59%,致倦库蚊占30.33%;蚊密度随季节消长,平均密度为50.33只/人工小时;成蚊密度最高峰是9月密度为87.20只/人工小时,其次是在6月密度为82.40只/人工小时;不同生境的蚊密度也各不相同。布雷图指数为10.3%,房屋指数为6.3%,容器指数为6.4%。结论此次监测结果说明肖厝口岸存在着白蚊伊蚊导致登革热流行的可能性,因此,提示肖厝口岸对登革热传染病媒介生物白蚊伊蚊的防制应在每年成蚊活动高峰到来之前实施滞留喷洒灭蚊和彻底清除无用积水,杜绝白蚊伊蚊的孳生,这将会在防止登革热传入传出以及在口岸地区做好该病的防制工作收到事半功倍的效果。
Objectives: To know the basic situation of vectors which carries Dengue fever infectious disease and to prevent the infections around XiaoCuo port.Method: Monitoring the Dengue fever vectors with man hour method in a year , from 2007.APR. to 2008. Mar.Result: Catched 1510 mature mosquitoes and some larvas , divided into 2 subfamilies , 4 sorts 7 species, dominant mosquitoes are Armigeres subalbatus (Coquillett) (61.59%)and Culex Pipiens Fatigans Wiedemann (30.33%); density of mosquitoes flows with seasonal growth, average density is 50.33 per man hour; Top density of mature mosquitoes is 87.20 per man hour in September, 2nd is 82.40 per man hour in June; Different habitat also have different mosquitoes density. Breteau index is 10.3%, housing index is 6.3%, container index is 6.4%.Conclusion: This monitoring shows the possibility of Aedes albopictus (Skuse) might cause the influence of Dengue fever around XiaoCuo port, for the reason why, to prevention and cure the Dengue fever vector (Aedes albopictus)need to use residual spray method and clear all the useless seeper before the high active peak time of mature mosquitoes , root out the procreation of Aedes albopictus, it'll get a twice result with half effort in prevent and control the influence of Dengue fever around XiaoCuo port.
